    reduce inefficient web browsing by monitoring your employees every move. hell, watch them in the bathroom in case they take too long to *****, or call their homes on their days off and question their family to see if their mental health is stable! you could do that!

    or you could just leave them the ***** alone and judge their ability to work based on the results they produce when the deadline comes around like any self-respecting company should. stay the ***** out of their business if its none of yours. ***** corporate stooges should be shot.

    The core thing that it "may be the right direction for you to head in if you feel your employees aren’t being productive enough." Nobody should give a ***** if you a performing well. And imho nobody don't give a ***** in most companies (thank god)
