'Paid-for' blogs disclosure rule

p2pnet.net — Advertisers were barred by PayPerPost from telling bloggers they can't disclose the sponsorship, but bloggers were able to decide on their own whether or not to do so. But now, bloggers have to say so if they're accepting payment.
