Justice is Blind: Judge Allows Class Action Lawsuit Against Target.com

news.yahoo.com — According to the ruling, plaintiffs -- including the National Federation of the Blind -- claim Target.com violates federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination against the disabled. Target countered, "Why does everyone always pick on us? We've got a big red bullseye on our site. How hard could that be to find? You'd have to be... oh."
