It is true that the economic situation in US is currently hard, but resorting to buying a foreclosed house can be really beneficial. I had some serious doubts if such a purchase won’t be accompanied by some sorts of trouble like visiting courts and problems with eviction, but as it turns out there is nothing to worry about.
