Federal Rule Prevents Public Transit from Providing Service
signonsandiego.com — A new federal rule puts San Diego's public transit services to and from San Diego Chargers games in jeopardy. The new rule prevents tax-subsidized transit from providing services that private companies want to provide. Because of this new law, SCMTD and NCMD is presently not allowed to provided service to the 5% of fans that used the service.
