- satyr9us, on 09/03/2008, -0/+7I wonder if this story is going to stick.
- jeremyduffy, on 09/03/2008, -0/+7Dugg. May the notoriety bite them and bite them hard.
- inactive, on 09/03/2008, -0/+6whilst the photographer doesn't have a leg to stand on legally for any monies owed for them stealing his idea, this was a low blow from 3M. Cost beneficially, they should have paid the guy the asking price of $2,000 and rode the success of his photograph's "buzz", instead of pissing off a community that will only serve to frown on their decision to steal his idea.
shame on you 3M. - SEOhack, on 09/03/2008, -0/+5way to put the ass in 'classy', 3M.
- amonkey71, on 09/03/2008, -0/+4Stealing ideas on the internet! Who would have thunk it! :)
Now what would have happened if someone used the 3M logo without their permission? Instant cease and desist order! - candacenyc07, on 09/03/2008, -1/+5This is exactly why large corporations are doing massive layoffs and are failing left and right. It is good this is being brought to the light of day and should be taken in full seriousness. I would hate to be in 3M's shoes right now.
- mikehill33, on 09/03/2008, -0/+3I guess imitation isn't always the sincerest form of flattery?

- clvngodess, on 09/03/2008, -0/+3Big Dumb Companies need to remember the power of social networking and that they are not infallible. Stop spending on their product. It's easy to teach them how to behave, we the customer have the power in our pocketbooks.
- pradvan, on 09/03/2008, -0/+2wow, i had no idea classy had ass in it. i guess my mind is clean and unspoiled.
- irfanmp, on 09/03/2008, -2/+4Oh man, reading the description I thought this was going to break into the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song...This is the story all about how...
- Jade456, on 09/04/2008, -0/+2What dirtbags. Like they can't afford paying him 2k?!
- inactive, on 09/16/2008, -0/+1Ridiculous. 3M tries to get into social media and already messes up.
- Bluebonic, on 09/03/2008, -0/+13M = Fail. Give credit where credit is due.
- LordMalok, on 09/04/2008, -0/+1A shame that a multi-billion dollar company can't give a break to the little guy that they totally copied the idea from in the first place.
- SEOhack, on 09/03/2008, -1/+1i totally agree. sure, an idea can't be copyrighted or whatever, but for a company like 3M to just take a brilliant idea like that and not pay? what the hell? they hurting that badly? jackasses. i hope this bites them in the ass too.
- whatrocks11, on 09/04/2008, -0/+0Wow, new life for the Post-It Jaguar! This can't look good for 3M.
- doppler22, on 09/05/2008, -0/+0I bet it was fun posting this car.
