I know that other countries are sending professionals, so it makes sense for the US to do the same, but I miss the old days.

From now on one bad game (one that threes are not going in for example) is enough to make you cry once again, in knock out games you will show your worth. Not that I really doubt that the gold is American this time round, but you'd better be careful before another Greece (or Argentina, or Lithuania etc) makes you go home prematurely.... - p51d007, on 08/19/2008, -1/+3One reason why I quit watching. Sports sucks anymore...college is the last place that has "amateur" sports, but the olympics were suppose to be about amateurs, but, when you have the commie countries stacking the deck with pros (well, state sponsored people), about the only "fair" thing to do is fight fire with fire.
