- oo7evan, on 09/16/2008, -1/+13It's changed because when you are trying to make a car that has the highest amount of MPG (or least amount of energy required) as possible, you need a car that is very aerodynamic. The concept car was very angular and created unnecessary drag at highway and city speeds (extra drag means more energy to move and less kinetic energy is recaptured through the regenerative braking). It is also the reason why the Prius looks the way it does.

See and I thought they were going to make a cool light weight sporty car to showcase the technology and wow the customers... instead I see before me... another dowdy commuter car... what a shame.. and the CONCEPT WAS REALLY COOL...
