- skateboard1, on 03/19/2008, -3/+260I'm going to say 2D the shadow lines are a little off ... maybe. Either way it's great.
- hello2usir, on 03/19/2008, -7/+189No, it's 5D.
I just blew your mind. - plundstedt, on 03/19/2008, -2/+183Definitely 2D, but whoever did that has mad skills
- AManWithNoName, on 03/19/2008, -9/+1572D...But obviously a guy who knows what he's doing. Has to be airbrushing, it's too polished and subtle for spray paints.
- Magellan, on 03/19/2008, -5/+108They haven't invented a mass consumer 3D monitor yet so clearly the image on my monitor is 2D
- dbug, on 03/19/2008, -0/+80are we supposed to answer your question?
- Klin3o, on 03/19/2008, -1/+63technically it's 3-D, because the paint is a physical substance which sits on the canvas. However, it is relatively flat... and I'm relatively drunk.
- weeeezzll, on 03/19/2008, -2/+46Clearly you don't know much about graffiti....lol
There are "skinny caps" that produce incredibly fine lines and reduce runs and burns... Most graffiti artist are familiar with fat caps, because they help you do solid throw ups quickly. Plus all graffiti looks good from a distance because the small flaws are masked by distance. Up close you can see plenty of flaws, even in the best pieces. - Ninjab3ar, on 03/19/2008, -4/+47No, it's 3d. Therefore rendering it unimpressive.
- lonelycoo, on 03/19/2008, -0/+36Here's another one as well:

Not quite as realistic as its from a different angle, but still.. - endlessoul, on 03/19/2008, -0/+29There is no spoon.
- stabbingkittens, on 03/19/2008, -1/+30 Yesterday I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got in my pajamas, I don't know.
- Akaji, on 03/19/2008, -8/+36It's very obviously 2D. The way left side hits the edge of the wall, completely ruining the illusion...
- sofaKing812, on 03/19/2008, -1/+27It is all spray paint.
http://www.daimgallery.com/ - funkyp56, on 03/19/2008, -0/+25the question may actually be the answer.
- Zippo, on 03/19/2008, -4/+282D, but with some very impressive skills... It's meant to be looked at from straight-on, though - if the photo was taken at a different angle, it would look very flat.
- stormbreaker, on 03/19/2008, -1/+24It exists in our reality, therefore it is 3D. It cannot be 2D, it must have SOME depth to it, or it wouldn't exist.
- julialopez, on 03/19/2008, -2/+24very impressive if it's 2d, which i'm assuming it is!
- sofaKing812, on 03/19/2008, -0/+21The artist is Daim. He is a very famous (in the graffiti world) European writer.
http://www.daimgallery.com/ - insanebrain, on 03/19/2008, -0/+20everybody says 2D .. . so I think it's 3D.
- GeekyGerge, on 03/19/2008, -1/+20The reflections are all wrong.
- dbug, on 03/19/2008, -0/+19questioning the answer without answering the question is a questionable answer.
- jonshipman, on 03/19/2008, -0/+18Graffiti
- thefreshjive, on 03/19/2008, -0/+18someone got their home/wall vandalized...
- weeeezzll, on 03/19/2008, -3/+21are we suppose to answer you question?
*world implodes* - Cheeze_Head, on 03/19/2008, -1/+17technically it's 2-D, because the image on my LCD is a particle/wave substance which sits on the screen. However, it is relatively thick... and I'm relatively high.
- EtherGnat, on 03/19/2008, -1/+1642
- revjustin2, on 03/19/2008, -3/+18you are clearly trying to hard
- webdeshel, on 03/19/2008, -0/+14Gotta love a man who knows his graffiti.
- amanilaenvelope, on 03/19/2008, -0/+13 its graffiti and its 2008 , Clinton was veto out of office, vanilla ice is a fraud, and Courtney Love is still alive
any more questions? - linkerjpatrick, on 03/19/2008, -3/+16It's obviously 2-D meant to look 3-D because you wouldn't be asking otherwise. Also if it were 3-D their would be shadows in the floor, not just the wall.
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -0/+13Are you telling me you've never used slang before?
- crywolf, on 03/19/2008, -0/+12This is a new wave of style that has taken over graffiti. Its called 3d-wildstyle. It uses abstract elements with graffiti. Its really amazing stuff, and done all with spray paint. Trust me, as a graffiti writer myself (legal), this stuff is hard as *****.
- mjpanzer, on 03/19/2008, -0/+12Actually it's 4d because I'm on mushrooms
- ophello, on 03/19/2008, -1/+12Was I supposed to reply to your question to his question?
- blink21, on 03/19/2008, -1/+11agreed. looks like there are likely two sources of light just out of sight above the top edge of the photo - there'd be two different shadow lines for the various foreground portions. but damn, nice work
- jm1234567890, on 03/19/2008, -2/+12You mean like a .... rhetorical question?
- specialK16, on 03/20/2008, -0/+9I'm Jack's complete lack of surprise.
- randomstupid, on 03/19/2008, -1/+10definitely 7D
- herrshuster, on 03/19/2008, -0/+9how does one hard?
(to hard) - mitchlourens, on 03/19/2008, -1/+10do you realize how stupid you sound asking a question without a question mark?
- inactive, on 03/19/2008, -7/+16what is this style of art called?
to me it just looks like something i'd expect to see on the side of a 1994 honda - endlessoul, on 03/19/2008, -0/+9Semantics.
- NathanielJ, on 03/19/2008, -2/+11This doesn't look anything like an Escher piece. The art style is completely different and this doesn't play with impossible/improbable/interlocking geometry at all.
- drewlynde, on 03/19/2008, -10/+19OMG Could you guys seriously be more stupid, its OBVIOUSLY 2D
RUN YOUR FINGERS ACROSS THE SCREEN
you can feel that it is obviously 2D OMFG
n00bs - dualityim, on 03/19/2008, -0/+9In our world anything that has 0 depth doesn't physically exist.
2D is just an abstract concept, not a physical existence. - veriix, on 03/19/2008, -3/+11tool
- ddfall, on 03/19/2008, -2/+10It's obviously 2.5D. You have to squint to see it.
- inactive, on 03/19/2008, -3/+102d just look at the ground. no shadows.
