Only one problem....
The future looks very bleak according to this interpretation. - MikeonTV, on 05/21/2008, -3/+5Much more artistic than the other theory: A finger emerging from the clouds and a zap of lighting creating people.
- Ktzero3, on 05/22/2008, -4/+1This has only been around for the last 3 years...

- chandan333, on 05/22/2008, -4/+1It's a cycle, it has to reach where it started from.
But it can reach there in a much better way if we want it to. - NeoNcP, on 05/22/2008, -3/+1deep
- mastazed, on 05/22/2008, -2/+2blu and banksi are by far the most innovative graffiti artists. this is art not vandalism.
- JimmySpaza, on 05/22/2008, -13/+1Don't let the proponents of evolution see this. The possibility that DNA mutation and natural selection could cause evolution to go in reverse is hurtful to their theory.
- Isileth, on 05/22/2008, -3/+7Im sorry but you obviousely dont understand evolution if you think it can go in "reverse".
There is no end goal. Whatever suits the environment its in is more likely to breed and so more likely to pass on its genes.- JimmySpaza, on 05/23/2008, -10/+1I know that there is no end goal. Yet, proponents of evolutionary theory don't have an answer why evolution never does go "in reverse" from complex to simple. They simply say...that's the way it is. Not good enough.
Apparently, from a scientific standpoint, there is more going on at the DNA level than just unlimited, random mutation and the forces of natural selection.- BlackBob, on 05/23/2008, -1/+8What is your point? Are you saying that since every single detail down to the atomic level is not totally understood, that the theory of evolution should be discarded? You do understand that it is a work in progress, don't you?
What's wrong with just accepting that we don't know everything there is to be known. Probably never will. It's OK, though. The best we can do is continue learning new things to improve of our understanding of life, the universe, etc.
And, by the way: Just how do you come to the conclusion that because you believe that evolution never goes from complex to simple, therefore something else going on other than mutation and natural selection? First, how can you be so sure that evolution never goes from complex to simple? Second, so what if it doesn't? How does this imply that something else is going on?

- burtdogg99, on 05/22/2008, -10/+2Spaza I just want you to know I appreciate your comments. I’m a big digg fan, but sometimes call into question the company I keep in being a “Digger.” It’s good to know there are people like myself who find themselves on Digg.
- JimmySpaza, on 05/23/2008, -8/+3Most Diggers seem to be liberal college students with time on their hands or liberal [whatevers] with...time on their hands.
As opposed to the liberals on Digg, most non-liberals have jobs and families which don't allow them to Digg much. I am fortunate to have a little time here and there to help out.- gordonj, on 05/23/2008, -2/+5Boy, you certainly like to generalise. Things must be so simple and nice in Spazaland.

- TheCatsPants, on 05/23/2008, -1/+5No scientist would claim that evolution *has* a direction. That's fallacious, anthropocentric thinking. That's you supposing something that is just not true because you think it supports your beliefs in the supernatural.

- sourceholder, on 05/22/2008, -2/+1Although not to scale, or scientifically accurate; very thoughtful!
Looks like we're about 3/4 of the way on the timeline right now... Right on schedule. - JerryAscione, on 05/22/2008, -1/+2Great pic. The best humans killing humans. We've evolved so nicely.
- chkdg8, on 05/22/2008, -1/+2Mind altering worthy.
*cough, cough, cough - Breticus07, on 05/24/2008, -0/+1yeah he's generalizing, its mostly liberals... and democrats. just look at the top stories of digg every once in a while and there's your evidence. All the way from Obama fan boys to gay rights
