Making of. Inspiring work. - uptwolait, on 06/11/2009, -10/+196Shopped. I can see the pixels.
- latenightlab, on 06/10/2009, -3/+158I can't imagine how long this took to plan/execute. Badass!
- Kojangie, on 06/11/2009, -1/+105Dugg for Röyksopp.
- marciot, on 06/11/2009, -3/+89I wish I could digg this twice. It's only once in a very long while when you see something on the Internet which is genuinely new and has not been done before, ever, and this is one of those times.
Well, I suppose there is a small chance that this has been done before and I just haven't seen it. I surfed the entire Internet last week, but I admit I may have missed a web page or two. There is an infinitesimal chance that a video similar to this might have been posted on those web pages. But I sincerely doubt it. - PaulClayberg, on 06/11/2009, -3/+85That's one catchy-ass tune.
- KokomoNYC, on 06/11/2009, -1/+76I wish my wall did that.
- had3l, on 06/11/2009, -0/+59Well, from the Making of you can see it's all by hand.
But he had a huge crew helping him and he was projecting every frame on the wall...
So the execution was probably way easier than the planning. - KokomoNYC, on 06/11/2009, -2/+583 months planning.
4 days shooting.
That's surprisingly less than I would've guessed, but they came up with a pretty ingenious way to "preanimate" all of it in Flash and then project those preanimations onto the wall as a stencil. The sum of the work is greater than its parts, I suppose. - FakingFamous, on 06/10/2009, -6/+55jesus effing christ! is he chroma keying the white of the wall and doing this digitally or is that all by hand? if this isnt hot in all topics by the end of the day i'm gonna be pissed at digg
- had3l, on 06/11/2009, -1/+45Oh, he projected the images on the wall and then glued the Post-Its on top....
That's actually quite clever... - Zcrubby, on 06/11/2009, -0/+37That's one catchy ass-tune.
- caitlinwoodward, on 06/11/2009, -0/+37Um, it was his senior project.

- frontaxle, on 06/11/2009, -0/+22Dugg for possible Pole Position reference.
TIME EXTENDED!!!!!!! - JinxCrow, on 06/11/2009, -2/+24Wow.
Someone actually had a creative idea while at SCAD. I'm jealous, when I was there I just churned out crap the prof's forced me to do. Good for him, he might get some jobs. - ophello, on 06/11/2009, -0/+21I think you meant to say "Amazing senior project. Too bad I will never accomplish anything close to this cool."
- kinseyincanada, on 06/11/2009, -0/+20that was a lot of ***** post-it notes.
- makkaveli19, on 06/11/2009, -0/+19royksopp - Eple :) they are awesome.

- ophello, on 06/11/2009, -1/+16"The work is greater than the sum of its parts"?
- Pamela666, on 06/11/2009, -0/+14That is awesome, one of the coolest stop motion vids I have seen in a while.
- ArrowheadAddict, on 06/11/2009, -0/+12That is a phenomenal school by the way. Not surprised this project came out of there.
- gttim, on 06/11/2009, -0/+11I did stop-motion animation college in the 80's. (Of course that was when we shot it on film, so you never knew what you really had until you developed it. We also had LP albums back then! And cords on our phones!) That was a lot of detailed and time consuming work! The idea and development shows lots of creativity! Very impressive!
- tr909, on 06/11/2009, -0/+11instead of the awesome time you spend bitching in digg comments?
- ophello, on 06/11/2009, -0/+10***** off. Give the guy some credit. Stop bitching before doing anything half as cool. The work that went into this is pretty impressive.
- nerddtvg, on 06/11/2009, -0/+10That "making of" is more descriptive than a lot of segments put on feature film DVDs. I think Hollywood should learn from that. I thought it was very cool how they did it.
- itc518, on 06/10/2009, -1/+11awesome, I did not see the making of. thanks
- myskepticsight, on 06/11/2009, -1/+11i wish i had that kind of patience! very neat
- sals-a, on 06/11/2009, -0/+9Such a good track.
Hopefully the album 'Senior' will follow a similar instrumental path. - iamnobody8614, on 06/11/2009, -0/+9You're seriously crying "FAKE!" on a stop motion piece made with post-it notes?
- ObeseSnake, on 06/11/2009, -0/+9Just plain hard work. No cheating here.
- ObeseSnake, on 06/11/2009, -0/+8Trees are grown for producing paper.
- DirtPile, on 06/11/2009, -0/+8Good thing he went into animation.
- DirtPile, on 06/11/2009, -0/+8Right about never.
- ophello, on 06/11/2009, -1/+8WOW that was corny.
- TheBifman, on 06/11/2009, -1/+8When will it be okay to say this is getting old?
- stuffradio, on 06/11/2009, -0/+7School project.
- ophello, on 06/11/2009, -0/+6This is a pretty innovative use of old technology. I give it credit for originality bigtime.
- adjblair, on 06/11/2009, -0/+6I tried to make a stop-motion film last year and got bored/frustrated after about an hour... which translated into only 20 seconds of crappy video. So kudos to this guy for sticking it out!
- WorldLeader, on 06/11/2009, -0/+6Duh, it's Royksopp. They are the masters of catchy music. : )
