- vtbarrera, on 02/03/2009, -0/+6This makes complete sense, since it takes forever to load up web pages on the Blackberry Storm's ***** 3G connection through Verizon.

- clockdist, on 01/08/2009, -0/+3Even though, smartphones have had web-browsing capabilities for many years, they haven't really promoted the feature until the iPhone hit the scene. Perhaps because it wasn't worth promoting on previous devices.
- sheldonnbbaker, on 01/09/2009, -0/+2Not surprising - I've only used Blackberrys for a bit before moving to the iPhone, but found that the iPhone UI is much, much more intuitive.
- masterkenobi, on 01/09/2009, -0/+2I've done speed tests with my WinMo phone loaded with Opera Mini against friends and co-workers with an iPhone. Browsing is much faster for me, and I'm on Verizon.
- feacesface, on 01/09/2009, -0/+2Garish and gaudy sells.
- somberlaine, on 01/09/2009, -0/+1same @ my work: most people think that blackberry = mobile email.
- doiveo, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1I showed a buddy the same thing yesterday. He had the phone for two years and had no idea there was a web browser. It was everyone browsing on their iPhones that piqued his interest so you could also argue that as a tick in both columns.
- Dalhectar, on 01/09/2009, -0/+1Is it possible to distinguish iPhone users from iPod Touch users? Both can browse the web, but iPod touch users won't pay for a 3G data plan, so it cuts a wider userbase, Even though the RIM has larger marketshare than Apple when it comes to phones alone..
- inactive, on 01/09/2009, -1/+2Maybe because people who own WinMo and RIM smartphones are too busy getting actual work done?
WinMo and RIM for the enterprise. iPhone for wannabe film-school dropouts. - shauncorleone, on 01/09/2009, -0/+1Well, after fighting it for a year and a half Apple converted me from WinMo this week. I rarely used Office Mobile, so mobile productivity was not particularly my concern. The screen is larger, storage more robust, and the media/connectivity options are simpler and superior. Thus far, I love the thing, and can't wait to get a battery backup so I don't have to be concerned with monitoring use or disabling features.
