It adds very basic functionality updates such as spotlight search and 'shake to shuffle'. There's no way anybody should have to pay for this.

- bsonline, on 06/17/2009, -5/+19Call in, register your complain with ATT. MMS was working several betas ago, word came down and stopped it. I've known several people with MMS working, and I've got several friends in ATT "support".
It would also be nice if they would allow the camera to work in 3g devices.

Apple believes that they have to charge for 'tangible' updates to products it already reported in its earnings.
