  • Otto, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4Heh... What's so funny about this is that, around here, there's not even any demand. Friend of mine called two stores. At one store, they have 20 of them in stock, and only 5 people lined up. At another store, they have 30 and nobody in any form of line whatsoever.

    Those people who are going to be buying these off ebay are suckers.

    10:00pm: at least two local evening newscasts report the Apple store(s) here still have them in stock.

    The Apple store has a 14 day return policy. So if the one in your area is sold out, be patient. They may have a sudden "shipment" in about two weeks.
