There are no mixed measurements here. - inactive, on 06/06/2009, -3/+31Apple wants customers, not friends.
- MacParrot, on 06/06/2009, -2/+29And yet you took the time to post a worthless, uninspired, and totally unoriginal comment! Thanks!
- INTERNETMASTER, on 06/06/2009, -2/+23"One year later. Light-years ahead."
iWarp-drive? - pak314, on 06/06/2009, -1/+21The iPhone is now enterprise ready?
- Nouman6, on 06/06/2009, -4/+24iCar -- bluetooth, all wheel drive, leather interior, and a 1 mega pixel camera.
- Konrad9, on 06/06/2009, -1/+18And an ergnomic steering wheel, but just one pedal.
- Wailord, on 06/06/2009, -1/+16You could say "Just one year later, Product A is miles ahead of Product B" and it would sound just fine.
- MrJagil, on 06/06/2009, -0/+12I laughed because it reminded me of that South Park episode where they make fun of those insane train of thoughts that plague some crime/detective shows...
His name is Gibbons.. gibbons, like the monkey... monkeys like bananas.. bananas are fruits.. hmm... fruits are healthy... healthy is the key to a long life... long life is good, but not as good as eternal life... hmm.. Wait! I GOT IT! Gibbons is killing people and stealing their blood to find a cure for immortality! Of course! It was all so simple! - MacParrot, on 06/06/2009, -7/+17"Looking into my crystal ball"...I see a conference! I see lots of people sitting...waiting for someone to come out on stage. A person comes out as the music dims...he holds up a product. Holy Mother of the Spaghetti Monster it's a...

Then under me we have rapper....genius....
IS IT BECAUSE BREADED HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH...GENIUS...WHICH... ....SWIMS? - blackjack75, on 06/06/2009, -0/+8It's not what the tradition has been like so far. Every year there's a hint in the banners about new products, so it's reasonable to expect that there's one here too.
- mrsteveman1, on 06/06/2009, -0/+7As long as it doesn't have more slower i'm ok
- anthropodeus, on 06/06/2009, -1/+8and its tank holds enough gas to travel 10 miles
- yabos, on 06/06/2009, -0/+7Yeah no *****, it means, one year later they're far ahead compared to where they were.
- Aethra, on 06/06/2009, -25/+31Light-years is measurement of distance, not time.
- inactive, on 06/06/2009, -6/+12Actually it doesn't mean a thing. They are just saying that they have the best app store out there...
Sorry.. - Iwantawii, on 06/06/2009, -1/+7And a recessed gas tank that won't take standard pump nozzles without a special adapter.
- robev, on 06/07/2009, -1/+6This already hit the front page two days ago..

- Rudegar, on 06/06/2009, -0/+5lol sounds like his boss got one of the cheap Chinese knockoffs which also happened to be without the i
- iwillforgetthis, on 06/06/2009, -0/+4Never happen.
- thatoneguydunno, on 06/07/2009, -1/+5You gently swipe the pedal with your toes to accelerate, touch to stop.
- gamepr0, on 06/06/2009, -0/+4more faster would be awesome indeed.
- eatrains, on 06/07/2009, -0/+4iPhone OS 3.0 will enable the Bluetooth hardware already in the 2G iPod touch. I don't know if that'll do what you want though.
- McNally, on 06/07/2009, -1/+5Expect a major update to the product I purchased recently.
- inactive, on 06/06/2009, -0/+3Why? is that what you are planning?
- mrsteveman1, on 06/06/2009, -1/+4You forgot to close your nerd voice with /nerd, now everything else i read on the page will sound in my head like the Lone Gunmen from the X-Files.
- wilhoitm, on 06/07/2009, -0/+3Apple is going to unveil A.I. !
- thespace2, on 06/06/2009, -1/+4Apple and Cisco share the iPhone brand, AT+T has no claim to it, it was big news back in the day http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601103&am ...
- jerieljan, on 06/07/2009, -0/+3I want to see the Holy Mother of the Spaghetti Monster anytime.
- InorganicMatter, on 06/06/2009, -1/+3Yes, that's kind of the point.
- conceptracr, on 06/07/2009, -0/+2I have a friend that works at Verizon that told me the same thing today. I was told in 2010.
- se7en11, on 06/11/2009, -0/+1Having the stereo bluetooth it should work in theory. Now someone just needs to make it. :)
- crazygamer67688, on 06/07/2009, -0/+1Wait, iPod Touch 2G has Bluetooth? And I heard that the new BMW was supposed to do that. I know that you can pair a phone to the new BMW, but as for an iPhone's music support, your guess is as good as mine...
- anthropodeus, on 06/06/2009, -2/+3i guess it's a good thing they design electronics and not spacecraft . . .
- captainchris, on 06/07/2009, -0/+1dvorak?
- tyne101101, on 06/06/2009, -0/+1To your question about iWarp drive, I would assume new set of technologies be announced at that day.
- s0ny, on 06/08/2009, -0/+1Allen Iversons at the expo!??!?!
- persephoneia, on 06/07/2009, -0/+1One year later... MacRumors may face troubles again.
Just playing the guessing game. - pmpk, on 06/07/2009, -0/+1If it is one year later, but light-years (plural) ahead, that just means it is traveling faster than light.
What's so hard to comprehend about that? - se7en11, on 06/07/2009, -0/+1The only thing I want is a bluetooth adapter for the ipod touch that allows me to wirelessly play music through the stereo. I know this can be done through an FM signal but I want to just step into the car and press play on the ipod touch to get the music. (not having to fiddle with hooking up the headphone cable each time)
- tyne101101, on 06/07/2009, -0/+1What merits this name? Lightweight? What convinces customers about the product if it's yet to be released?
- xR0e, on 06/07/2009, -3/+4We all know how it's gonna go. They're gonna start off with naming some hardcore statistics in favour of their company (i.e 3098409384930 apps in our app store). Then they're gonna release a minor upgrade for the iPhone. Then they'll talk about Snow Leopard and all it's gimmicky features.
And then it'll be over.
And then you'll be left wondering why you spent 2 hours following the entire bloody conference on Engadget in the first place.
Then again, it is a conference geared towards developer's rather than consumers. - jamespurdy, on 06/06/2009, -2/+2iPhone Light?
- rentdn, on 06/06/2009, -1/+1my prediction is new AppPhones with more faster processor and bigger ram, well maybe with a lower price
- roostersheep, on 06/06/2009, -1/+1Since everyone else is pitching in to this inane guessing game, I thought I'd add my irrelevant ***** also: Nothing significantly new this year.
- linagee, on 06/07/2009, -2/+1How do you stop? Double-click?
- Mysticcal, on 06/06/2009, -2/+1Do fallicies just fall right out of your mouth like that all the time?
