- umrgregg, on 10/11/2007, -1/+77What a movie selection! Too bad you have to use both hands to operate the damn thing....
- Alex76, on 10/11/2007, -3/+57"Bathin Buddies?"
- jemmrich, on 10/11/2007, -4/+44yet another point goes to porn for moving technology forward
- LordSpam, on 10/11/2007, -2/+39I thought it was when the men were men and the sheep were afraid.
- crillbilly, on 10/11/2007, -3/+38This is so true though. I'm in the military and everyone that brings an iPod on deployments has them chalked full of porn. It's great if you are going to a country that doesn't allow porn either, they never think to check the iPods!
- rauz, on 10/11/2007, -8/+42He looks like Ronald Reagan...
- spiffyfitz, on 10/11/2007, -2/+35That guy looks so satisfied with himself.
- rauz, on 10/11/2007, -6/+35I'm getting dugg down for saying he looked like Reagan? He does, damnit :)

- AICkieran, on 10/11/2007, -2/+23Not that exciting, sadly

Woody and Wally share an apartment building. Woody's favorite pastime is playing golf... it's just a shame he plays inside the house instead of outside. Finally, Wally breaks his club and tells him not to make any more noise. Woody decides to forget his troubles by taking a bath. His bathtub is coin-operated and when he inserts a dime for the water, it falls down the drain. Woody is not about to part with any money and is determined to retreive his dime... even if it means driving Wally to the nut house in the process!

Woody Woodpecker / Kids And Family - TGun, on 10/11/2007, -0/+20Ah, I guess that's where the term "cranking one out" origniated from.
- JCGV, on 10/11/2007, -0/+17Wasn't it: the old days when the air was clean, sex dirty, smoking healthy and cocaine a medicin?
- 5HTP, on 10/11/2007, -3/+16Does it support 5.1 audio?
- intense321, on 10/11/2007, -1/+13Done. I just sent $4.95 via certified mail to: Melton Industries, PO Box 390, Dept MI-3, Reno, NV. I included an extra $1 for "Bathing Buddies." I sure hope my Melton viewer arrives soon!
- Zippo, on 10/11/2007, -1/+12Something tells me you guys have no idea what was considered "porn" back in the 50s.
- idonthack, on 10/11/2007, -7/+18im in ur advertisements wreckin ur economy
- Philbert, on 10/11/2007, -2/+12That's awesome! Because when I was a kid I had a modern version of this made by Fisher Price. The films came on a cartridge and you held it up to the light while looking through a hole and turning a crank. I I had a Looney Tunes film and perhaps one other. Aww yeah! here it is: http://cgi.ebay.com/Fisher-Price-465-MOVIE-VIEWER-Snoopy-482-Mickey-475_W0QQitemZ110128032450QQihZ001QQcategoryZ19027QQcmdZViewItem

2 days left to buy the last Video iPod circa 1982 >_>
I wish they came with the same white ear buds, for looks if they didn't produce any sound... - mwosh, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7$4.95? Not bad compared to today's "handheld video device"
- Philbert, on 10/11/2007, -4/+9By bathing I believe they mean it like swimming, like a bathing suit, the girl in the picture is probably from that film. Assuming I'm getting my 50's lingo correct.
- geckofiend, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4@brstilson: Amazing insight, to bad they weren't talking about the Viewmaster.
- Matrix_Prime, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4i still have my FIsher Price movie viewer. I have a Pink Panther, a Donald Duck and a Snoopy vs. The Red Baron short for it.
- readme, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4I had a Star Wars one.
- gurm, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Damn it, now I have to buy all my movies again in 8mm format!
- AtWorkSurfer, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3In my office (I'm a gynecologist) we have one with a "video" that demonstrates the proper way to insert a diaphragm. Technically not pornography (since it's intended to educate) but probably one of a very few examples of this device that contains nudity.
I should put it up on Ebay, maybe it would be seen by some as a collectors' item. - abbot, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3think you can hack it to play quake?
- magicmarc, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Dugg for your occupation.

- StandardsDT, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Unless they pick it up and look through it as well
- tsbardella, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3That is "tugging one out"
"Cranking one out" that just seems painful.... - gooup, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1that is one SATISFIED customer!
- crossmr, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1wow 55 years and the price has gone up 400%, talk about an investment....
- Optimaximal, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3>I had a Star Wars one.
Did it have Leia in the bikini? - sam991, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Link to image because the page is loading slowly:

- frontrowkid, on 12/27/2008, -0/+0I recall buying one of these in an old toy store for $4.95. I paid for it on installments using my allowance money. I recall reading the advertisement on the side that military men could look at home movies of their family while overseas. You could order additional films through the company which came with their special reels. This was my first projector before getting a toy one for Christmas through FAO Schwartz. Yes, they were also advertised in men's magazines to view Betty Page films.
- slapthemonkey, on 10/11/2007, -3/+3What kind of audio system it has?
- ElMoselYEE, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1relatively...
- S4MF1SHER, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Wouldn't it be a "film" Ipod, not a video Ipod?
- tsbardella, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1not as good as this one:
"Fully Clothed bathing Beauties"
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0374666/ - mtrctyjoe, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2You would still need at least one hand free...... to make this thing useful anyway.
- crossmr, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2I'm going to have to say that is ronald reagan. Look at the nose, its identical.
- raccettura, on 10/11/2007, -6/+5For a second I thought it was a Zune.
- suprchunk, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1@crossmr
I think your math might be off just a little.
And to your statement that it is Ronald Reagan - not even close. -
