Fortunately for the girl, my friend had a soul and common decency and decided to intervene. Ignoring our school's "Zero Tolerance" fighting policy (that is, anyone involved in a fight, regardless of who started it or why you were involved would automatically be suspended from school), my friend literally tossed the thug across the table and then defended himself from the thug's equally thuggish friends. Luckily for my friend, after watching the CCTV video the school temporarily suspended the "Zero Tolerance" policy and deemed him a hero. Shame on the other passengers on the bus who were capable of intervening.

A few of my friends have also been mugged and the perpetrator has been black every single time. They tend to have a history of violence in their culture which is thought of as a positive aspect by many.

Do you cry "Racism" when people make comments like "most serial killers are white"? I'm guessing not. And for the record, serial killers are not disproportionately white (15% of them have been black, as would be expected), but black males are more likely to engage in robbery and commit murder. - skeen07, on 06/21/2008, -1/+71Sadly, you're right. And this is coming from someone from an interracial family. I live in London, and have had quite a few incidents, guys trying to 'jack' me, and every single time, they've been black.
I feel sorry for the majority of black people, who have this stereotype consistently, and throughout the western world, at least, spread by mindless, trampy thugs.
But if I see a group of white guys walking toward me, and a group of black guys, it's just a fact that the black guys are most likely to start trouble. I have heard of instances like this many times where the school refuses to suspend their stupid policy, and the HERO was thrown in the gutter with the same lack of respect as the ***** kid who started it all.
The worst case I've personally come across is my Uncle's kid was in school, minding his own business, when some stupid bully came over, and tried kicking his ass. Obviously the kid fought back, throwing punches and trying to get away, but he was cornered. When the camera was reviewed, they saw what happened, but stood by their policy... and suspended both students. I knew plenty of black kids who where better off than I was in high school. Plenty of money, both parents around, a nice neighborhood.
