Neon tubes, water-cooling, the works. I want to see that. Put a spinner on the fan vent. Pimp it to the max" should be viewed as facetious until proven otherwise.
My suggestion to you is to stop visiting Digg and read a book on the various uses of ironic language.
PS - I suggest you remove "toodles" from your vocabulary as well. It's only when I go to school that I can finally get my jealousy and frustration out in the form of trolling around the internet annoying people and generally bringing down the atmosphere of places on a whole, whilst simultaneosly stroking my smarmy grinning chin in a way most people would break faces over.

Indeed, G3s and G4s aren't as great in certain areas, but go check BareFeats for some startling facts about PPC vs Intel.
Another point, is that even on an aging G3 300mhz system, OS X flies along, bells and whistles included. Compare that to the requirements of Vista, or even an untweaked XP, and then tell me the old PPC line sucked.
