A mix of Safari for Mac, iTunes fon Windows with the super-ugly Windows font... - burke, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1So if I ran Yellow Box through Wine, I could have Safari on my Linux box?
- indranil, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1LOL... they took the iTunes top bar, wrote the title, and added a safari window... soooo fake!
- dareiff, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Haha... Sucks to be the person who called this one for a fake!
- jcz1978, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Yup, it's real but still in Beta. Will give it a try...
- PtitBen, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0I installed Beta of Safari today ...
And and I don't know if it's my computers (@home and @work) but websites just don't display as they should.
There's no structure or design breaking problem ...
No, .. css'ed content text (such as links with styles on them) just don't appear ...
Do someone have the same issue ?
Maybe it's a beta issue, but it's really sad ... - EnigmaXII, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0All of you are ***** idiots crying "FAKE FAKE", at least have .02 before posting
http://www.apple.com/safari/ - Covarr, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0The image linked to is fake. Safari for windows really does exist, but this particular screenshot is just a photoshop.

tilt your monitor and you can see the different shades of gray - D4RKfantasy, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Or you could simply photo-shop it, Ill believe it when I'm using it

http://www.go-gulf.com - zeusx64, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0As I previously replied to this with an option as to how this was done, I did it my self to make the point clear. This guy is a Weenee. Yes, I said Weenee. Check out my screen shot. This is XP Pro via Parallels on OS X 10.4.8 ( iMac ). Like I said, nice try Spank but no cigar.
A key to remember in life; If you are not for real, then you are fake. This is like fake boobs. They are cool to look at but thats all.
http://img259.imageshack.us/my.php?image=safari0nxpproeq7.png - marsvin, on 10/11/2007, -2/+0Not really sure why we'd need Safari. It doesn't do anything Firefox doesn't do better, except plug Apple products. Most users still can't be bothered to download the (excellent) Mozilla browser so I doubt there'll be much demand for Safari.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1its fake, see how the browser minimize/maximize/close buttons are kinda on the right not the left?
It's a Firefox theme too, the safari icon on the taskbar was photoshopped as seen by the extra lingering off-blue pixels around the safari icon and the icon is not centered O_o - tyggy, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0this is fake
- gnelson, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1FAKE
- nymphetamine, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0yea, i used that firefox theme too.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0fake
