The most they could do is give people a purpose for calling. You can bet that Rogers is carefully tracking this issue, and the more calls their call center gets will only highlight for them, through a separate outlet, their problematic iPhone pricing.
- rdolishny, on 07/08/2008, -0/+10Go easy on the CSR taking your call but definitely try to get through. I suspect the lines will be jammed, but they will see the volume of ppl trying to get through and hanging up.
And be specific. At issue here is the long three year contract, and the ridiculous data rates, and/or lack of an affordable unlimited option.
Having worked as a CSR to put myself through film school, I know that a high ratio of hangups is noticed too. Just call, get in the queue, then leave. But don't harass the workers. - brendanryder, on 07/08/2008, -2/+3ok diggers;
