And be specific. At issue here is the long three year contract, and the ridiculous data rates, and/or lack of an affordable unlimited option.
Having worked as a CSR to put myself through film school, I know that a high ratio of hangups is noticed too. Just call, get in the queue, then leave. But don't harass the workers. - WYendrys, on 07/08/2008, -0/+8Let's show the world the power of Digg!

You can bet that Rogers is carefully tracking this issue, and the more calls their call center gets will only highlight for them, through a separate outlet, their problematic iPhone pricing.

The most they could do is give people a purpose for calling. Like something scripted to ask or a suggestion to make.
