Either way it's good to see Cyan are still around and working on some NEW projects. I began to lose hope when I started doing fortnightly checks of a number of the Myst forums/websites and not see anything except months-old news on how Cyan Worlds were trying to revive Uru Live.
Best of luck to them. - FreddieD, on 08/22/2008, -0/+2What if someone created a Z-Engine for the iPhone.. I wonder if the nostalgia would be worthwhile. I am guessing the iphone keyboard would be way too cumbersome given how often you'd be using it.
For those that don't know, the z-engine is what powered all of those Infocom text-based interactive fiction games of the 1980's (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Leather Goddesses of Phobos, Zork, etc). - iofthestorm, on 08/23/2008, -0/+2I'd say the DS is a better platform for a point and click since it uses a stylus, seems like fingers might be too fat for point and clicks but that's just me.
