on that page, search for "Yes, yes I do have an idea on how to fix this in windows" to get to the solution ! - Soave, on 09/10/2008, -0/+1You're on Digg, a (formerly) tech site, and you're questioning whether being in control of a program's preferences in important to a user? Yeah. Yeah it is.
- Soave, on 09/10/2008, -0/+1Can that be done easily without messing up my library? Just uninstall, reinstall old version, import library?
- AwsmGy, on 09/10/2008, -0/+1From the searching I've done, the solution is to go back to 7 if you want the arrows gone.

same as above but slightly more descriptive - windigo, on 09/10/2008, -1/+1Do you use the option-click feature? I do, every day...
(option click the arrow to jump to your local items with that info) - whitg, on 09/10/2008, -0/+0If you want to, you can reverse the arrow behavior so that regular clicking uses your own library and option-clicking uses the ITMS. Just paste this into Terminal:
defaults write com.apple.iTunes invertStoreLinks -bool YES

What is Digg?
