- invbiznews, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Looking back over the past Apple and Adobe seem to be like sibliings that just don't get on. They both need each other - so why doesn't Apple just BUY Adobe and be done with the grief?
- Livefromwales, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Clearly 'pimpmypr' your second grade son is indeed a genius.
We look forward to his analysis and prose. In reality I suspect the mere fact that you use the word 'lame' puts you into the lower socioeconomic ranking. Very high brow -NOT! - bkorte, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1JD posted about this (he's an Adobe employee, of course)

Marked as inaccurate. - FunkyWitDaSysTm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1in all fairness, without adobe's developer support, apple's intel roadmap could be in serious trouble. adobe applications are some of the most important for mac users. and what does apple do? piss on the shoes of one of its biggest supporters by developing a competing app to an adobe project. that's just bad business.
- chilliartgirl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0According to this article below it seems that John Nack is in big trouble for lashing out at loyal Mac followers and the Mac press are pretty miffed. The article quotes his latest blog that insults 'Mac Zealots' and suggests they're all insane for not believing the Adobe spin. Not a very sensible man
http://www.invbiznews.com/wordpress/adobe-manager-hits-out-at-loyal-customers/ - matzeller, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I know everyone loves a dirty story. But come on. I suggest you read the comments of Adobe Product Manager John Nack http://blogs.adobe.com/jnack/2006/10/aperture_war.html
- superkendall, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1This is idiotic - Adobe derives a huge amount of revenue from Mac sales. They would literally be cutting the size of the company in half doing this!
Yes there are a lot more Windows desktops but also a lot more people pirating Photoshop on the Mac. - Justanothergirl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Interesting that when Adobe released Contribute 4 today - it didn't have direct support for the Intel Mac platform - so where's the commitment there?
- pimpmypr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0My second grade son has a better handle on the strategic and economic realities of Adobe than this author. What a truely special piece of lame "analysis".
