This ad is simply displaying that information in a graphic. It would have helped to post a screenshot of the entire picture, not just a clip. Next to that iPhone is also a Mac running Safari.
The point of the graphic is to convey that MobileMe is not just a Mac solution but rather a solution that will work on any platform & environment including Mac, PC, Web, iPhone, etc...
