  • legacycx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0The update has some new features. I'm not sure if you have to update, but would you like to have purchased a $600 dollar item that can't be updated because you would brick it?

    Hopefully Apple sees how popular their iphones are unlocked that they will seize the moment and actually start selling unlocked iphones (not! because AT&T would have a brick).
