- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It'll be more expensive of course!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Soooo bored of all this Apple phone stuff now.
- oxide7, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Why are you guys hating so much? I think its quite interesting... everone knows iphone is coming now... and this article just gives some details about it that no one knew about. did any of you people even read the article? iphone w/ wifi? thats what we should be talking about, not how sad you are about articles. no one cares if you heard if before anyway
- thatsiebguy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Yawn.. I still fail to see the reasoning behind an iPhone other than fanboy gagetry. If I want a phone with wifi and a keyboard, I will get a Sprint PPC6700.
- Ireland, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4"Rumors of an Apply phone first surfaced when an Apple senior vice-president alluded to Apple's ability to compete in the cell-phone market last May. During a conference call with analysts, Apple's Peter Oppenheimer said that he was "very confident" his firm's ability to compete in the cell-phone market place, and stated he was "very excited about what we have in the product pipeline."
Actually rumors first surfaced when Apple aquired iphone.org in 1999. This is lame! - brentzilla, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"Ergonomical"?? Try ergonomic.
- cog77, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Apple Phone? It could happen. After the IPod, the next most iconic gadget is probably the Motorola RAZR. I don't think Apple can resist a fight to build a cultural icon, if it can help it.
But you guys should give some stock to the analyst also. They don't just say stuff (if IBT has some good ones) but they usually have some inside information. I remember IBT breaking the Dell/AMD desktop alliance threough analyst info. - Satanael, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The Apple Sidekick and Apple Razr...
Same things just more ergonomical.
Keep it up, Apple. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Does anyone actually care any more? This is just like the 'almost here' ipod video or the phantom.
- mision, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2Peple, what if they really make one? What will you say then?
Are you guys apple insider or something? Just wait and see.
