Apple and AT&T sued over iPhone 3G network speed, again
tcmagazine.com — More good news for corporate lawyers as both Apple and AT&T have once again beed sued by an iPhone 3G user. One William J. Gillis Jr. from San Diego has filed a complaint against the two companies claiming that they falsely advertise the network performance of the iPhone 3G.
