- sjbdallas, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3They were intervewing a guy inline this morning here in Dallas and he said he doens't even own a cell phone, he's just planning on getting 2 to sell on ebay. I'm inclined to believe that if Apple is allowing 2 per person then they don't have any worries about running out. So in that case, there shouldn't be a huge ebay markup at all.

- johnnybluejeans, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2While the iPhone requires a two year activation, this is not a requirement of buying the iPhone. You can go to the store, put down $599 and walk out with an iPhone.. you don't have to activate it at the store or anything like that.
