App Store reaches 10,000 apps - not quite yet...

    It's a shame that Podcaster was banned, as well as others, but from the perspective of shovelware, the good news is that you can browse based on popularity, either as a whole or in categories or even search results.

    And what iPhone sites is the article referring to? I have the apple blog, TUAW, cult of mac, apple gazette, iphone-insider, and macrumors all on my RSS reader, and I haven;t seen any stories saying this. Epic fail #2.
