The average iphone user should pay somewhere above $60-70. Not 100$. And the different pricing structure between At&t stores and Apple stores is flat out laughable. What would be the point of that?
To answer your question rivallus, no its not going to be possible to activate it in store b/c in order to do that we need the sim card number, to do that we need to break the seal.
