3G iPhone Revealed in Third-Party Case Render?

So this company probably got a basic technical drawing of the shape and dimensions, as well as notes like "don't cover up a 3/4" by 3/8" area around the speaker".

All this talk of the glossy black plastic has had me worried since Day 1. I am going to drop my iphone at least once within the first 3 weeks of having it and if its black plastic I am going to be very disappointed.

    Just because it says cingular doesn't mean it is fake, it is a rendering from a 3rd party company for a case.
    Also, this is NOT the new iphone and it is NOT that thick. This is just a case for either the new or current iphone, and a case makes it thicker.
  • Coreal07, on 05/19/2008, -0/+3Sorry to break it to you... I don't think a PSP picks up chicks. I had one, It's not sexy. There is no phone, you have to be in a hotspot... The PSP is nice for media and games don't get me wrong. But it doesn't come close to the iPhone. You really just can't compare the two.

At least, that's what happened with any other mobile device when it became 3G. Sure, iPhone is not just "another device" and we all have great expectations from Apple, but 3G means more 3D... ;)
