Plane Takes Off From An Aircraft Carrier… Directly Into A Wave

This 1971 clip from the USS Ticonderoga shows a plane running straight into a rogue wave upon takeoff. Somehow, the plane shakes off the hit and carries on flying:
The plane, ironically, was a submarine tracker — the Grumman S-2E Tracker. You can read more at War History Online.
