McCain outlines vision of first four years

- IconoclastStill, on 05/15/2008, -1/+5Well Mr. "hope and change" is all smoke and mirrors . . . shrillary is a disaster with concrete plans to screw up the country . . . McCain is the remaining choice. He's a long way from the top of my list, but neither is he the rot under the scum at the bottom of the barrel as the other two are.
- Qong, on 05/16/2008, -0/+1I agree. John McCain may not be everyones first choice for the presidency, but he most certainly is not the worst choice; and in this case, I don't see that as being a bad thing.
He also did say a lot of positive things for me. I like the idea of treating immigrants better and giving them a chance to join us as we progress towards the future; I would have to see his exact tax plans before I decide on that, but his plans for taxes will undoubtedly be better than both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton; and I really like what he said about making an attempt to end the partisan politics that are bogging down our political system.
