Cindy McCain Flaunts Her Privilege
truthdig.com — Double standards are endemic in American journalism. But Cindy McCain, wife of the Republican presidential candidate, displayed poor taste in flaunting her family’s special immunity from press scrutiny.

She has always been a problem with her drug addiction, theft accusations, and now she wants to tell the nation that she is above doing her duty and telling us where she and her add-on husband get their cash. The same cash that she gave him to finance all of his political campaigns... I think not.
If Cindy McCain thinks that she is going to get out of this one unscathed, she has another guest coming. She should just quietly try and fade into the background as much as possible, but even that won´t be enough.
This contest is going to get really hairy, and this type of I-don´t-have-to-follow-the-same-rules-as-the-mere-mortals attitude is really very very dangerous if she wants to have the slightest hope of becoming First Snob.
