I think there is a huge portion of Americans that would be extremely receptive to his policies. The outrage over the $700 bn "bailout" is shows this. I was shocked that that many Americans could even locate the name, much less the telephone number, of their Representative. Americans want smaller government and neither major party candidate is offering it to them.
