Vistry reportedly in talks to appoint Robert Allen as interim finance chief

Sky News reports that Vistry is in talks to appoint Robert Allen, a former Crown Estate executive who has recently consulted for the housebuilder, as interim finance chief. People close to Vistry cautioned that the appointment could fall apart and said Allen does not want the permanent job. Former finance chief Tim Lawlor left earlier in October; nearly a month ago, CEO Adam Daniels said a permanent CFO appointment was “imminent.”
