Barclays raises U.K. office attendance expectations to three days a week, four for senior staff

Fortune reports that Barclays has raised its U.K. staff’s office attendance expectation from two to three days a week, and to four days for senior employees. Unionized staffers are asking for a one-time payment, childcare vouchers and travel allowances. Fortune says they want compensation for $410 in weekly childcare and commuting costs.
