Suncor agrees to sell Canadian offshore oil stakes to Ithaca for $842 million

Reuters reports Suncor Energy said it had agreed to sell its interests in three offshore Canadian oil assets to London-based Ithaca Energy for C$1.2 billion ($841.69 million) in upfront cash.
