Roblox's third-quarter user count misses estimates as shares slump 17%

Bloomberg reports that Roblox had 138 million daily active users in the third quarter, down 9% year over year and short of analysts’ 145.8 million estimate. Bookings reached $1.7 billion, above the $1.63 billion expected. Bloomberg says the results raised questions about whether a new hit game could reverse an engagement slowdown it links to stronger child-safety measures.
