Broadcom arranges $63 billion deal to finance chips for Anthropic

Bloomberg reports Broadcom arranged $63 billion in financing with Bank of America, Blackstone, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley. Citing a joint statement from the firms, it says a new vehicle will buy Broadcom chips and lease them to Anthropic, with Broadcom backstopping part of the financing. Reuters says the financing also covers networking gear.
