GAIL’s Sanjay Kumar named Petronet LNG’s next CEO

The Economic Times reports that Petronet LNG’s board appointed GAIL marketing director Sanjay Kumar to a five-year term as managing director and CEO, beginning May 13, 2027. He will succeed A K Singh. Petronet, India’s largest LNG importer, plans to expand its Dahej regasification capacity and build an LNG facility on the east coast.
