Microsoft tops Forbes' 2026 ranking of companies for women

Apple and Manulife rank second and third behind Microsoft on Forbes' list of 400 companies. Forbes says it surveyed approximately 140,000 women working for multinational corporations in 61 countries, asking about pay equity, career advancement and other workplace issues. Scores also incorporate women's perceptions of other companies and the proportion of women in executive and board positions.
