Ukraine signs satellite communications letter of intent with Nokia and ICEYE

Ukraine's Defense Ministry signed a letter of intent with Nokia and ICEYE to explore developing sovereign satellite communications, POLITICO and CNBC report. Ukrainian officials say Starlink restrictions cut connectivity for drones and other aircraft traveling over 100 mph, according to CNBC. POLITICO reports that Kyiv has also described degraded Starshield access; Musk and U.S. officials deny responsibility for the reported changes.
