Nvidia pitches sovereign AI across Europe as protesters interrupt Huang's Berlin keynote

Axios reports Jensen Huang is promoting “sovereign AI”: countries controlling their own AI infrastructure, data and models. It says Nvidia announced modular computing pods and an offering combining its chips with open-weight models at its Berlin event. Business Insider reports Greenpeace protesters interrupted Huang's October 21 keynote; Greenpeace called on Nvidia to extend its 100% renewable energy target across its wider supply chain and conduct audits to keep its technology out of military equipment.
