Harley-Davidson spinoff LiveWire warns it may not survive the next year

Axios reports LiveWire issued a going-concern notice on October 29, 2026, citing substantial doubt about its ability to survive as a standalone company over the next year. The electric motorcycle maker sold 241 motorcycles in the third quarter and posted an $18.6 million net loss on $7.9 million in revenue. Bloomberg reports LiveWire also withdrew its financial guidance for the year, which had projected an operating loss of as much as $80 million.
