Fathom Holdings and Neighborhood Intelligence terminate proposed merger

A post says Fathom Holdings and Neighborhood Intelligence mutually terminated their proposed merger on October 5, 2026. Both boards said a deal at current valuations would not reflect either company’s fair value and that the timing was not right to combine. No termination fee or other financial terms were disclosed. Neighborhood Intelligence said it would retain ownership and control of its blockchain and digital-asset investments, including its stake in tZERO.
