Seshibe withdraws urgent court challenge to SAA’s CEO recruitment

Daily Maverick reports that Matshela Seshibe, South African Airways’ former acting group CEO, withdrew his urgent court application on October 16. He had sought to compel SAA to interview him for the permanent role or prevent it from appointing someone else. SAA says recruitment will continue, while Seshibe’s lawyers say the withdrawal does not mean he accepts how he was treated.
