Kuwait pension fund wins London bribery case against Man Group

London’s High Court ruled that Kuwait’s Public Institution for Social Security was entitled to recover around $155 million from Man Group in a case over bribes paid to its late director, Fahad Al Rajaan. The final sum must account for settlements with other defendants. Man Group said the findings concerned two subsidiaries and two former employees and disputed both liability and the amount.
