Fortune 500 Europe companies' combined revenue hits record $15.5 trillion

Fortune reports that companies on its 2026 Fortune 500 Europe list generated a record $15.5 trillion in combined revenue and $1 trillion in profits. It says Europe's CEOs face a business landscape shaped by AI, geopolitics, climate change and intensifying global competition.
