Apple plans limited iPhone Duo walk-in sales on October 23, none in much of Asia

Reuters reports Apple said it will have limited iPhone Duo units for walk-in customers when the folding phone launches October 23. In mainland China, India, Japan and several other markets, units will be available only to customers who bought online. Limited walk-in sales are planned in the US, Australia, Canada, Mexico and much of Britain and Europe. Initial online orders sold out in minutes, pushing delivery times for some buyers to January.
